Third Annual California Indian Cultural Awareness Event
Assemblymember James Ramos hosted an event at the Capitol Park to celebrate California Indian Culture. Assemblymember Ramos and Native American community leaders participated in traditional songs and dance.
Capitol Hearing
Representatives from the Native American Community spoke at a hearing regarding law enforcement jurisdiction within Native American territories. After the hearing Assemblymember James Ramos took the community members on a guided tour of the Capitol to help inspire them to participate in California government.
Portraits for Norcal School for the Arts production of "THe lion king"
Northern California School of the Arts provides holistic, individualized, and professional theater arts training programs, supporting young artists from diverse communities to create, express, and participate in theater arts educational opportunities. I setup a portrait studio on-site at their rehearsal space with seamless paper and battery-powered studio lighting.
Portraits for Norcal School for the Arts production of "Newsies"
Similar to above, portraits were taken on-site in their rehearsal. I chose a darker background to match the subject matter of the play "Newsies". The headshots were used to promote the performance on social media and in their program.
Solar Lobby Day
Hired by CA Solar and Storage to document their advocacy efforts at the Capitol. I documented their leaders and members speaking with Assembly and Senate offices. 
Campaign Photos - Jacyln Moreno
Photos for Jacyln Moreno's 2022 campaign for the Sacramento County Board of Supervisors. Jacyln provides mental health support for students through her company CARE Educational Services and the campaign needed photos that showed her interaction with students. The photos with students were taken in a small side room in a book store and were lit with multiple battery powered strobes.
